After sitting for a total of 14
legislative days since their June 9th, 2015 inauguration, the Nigerian Senate
and the House of Representatives have proceeded on a six-week recess. This is
the fourth time the Federal Legislature is shifting its sittings in less than
three months of being proclaimed by the president.
